Return Policy Please note that we do not permit the return or full refund of our products once your order is confirmed & delivery has been fulfilled.
However in the event that if you wished to exchange your purchase, you may do so provided that the merchandise is in resalable condition upon receipt and the merchandise is returned within 30 days of the ship date on your receipt. Shipping charges will be applied to any exchange and must be paid in full before exchanged merchandise is shipped. Items should be returned in their original product packaging.
Before returning any merchandise for an exchange, please email us, within 30 days of the ship date on your receipt. We will provide you with information necessary for the return or exchange.
Damaged/Defective Item We adhere to strict packaging and quality control guidelines to ensure that your purchase reaches you in the best possible condition. However in the event that your purchase is defective or damaged during the shipping process, kindly send photographs of the defective/damaged products, together with you e-order/transaction number to Web Orders, within 30 days of the ship date on your receipt that we may do an assessment and arrange for the return and/or replacement for merchandise that were received either defective or damaged.
Non-received/Received Wrong Item If your order was incomplete or if you received something that you did not order, please contact us immediately. We will need to know what item(s) you received in error, if any and what item(s) were missing from your order. To make the claims applicable please email us within 15 days of the receive date as indicated by any service providing the parcel's tracking number. Refunds and exchanges are subjected to case-to-case basis reviews.
